Good point Sharon.  At JPCohousing, users pay $1 per load.  Users put a check 
by their name on a sheet in the laundry room, 1 check per load.  The fees get 
calculated and added to the monthly condo fee bill.  We've saved enough to be 
able to repair and replace machines when needed.
