Cohousing-L Mailing List: financial liability of members

Monterey CoHousing started as a non-profit corporation under the laws of 
Minnesota whose purpose it is to provide housing to its members.  This is a 
limited liability arrangement where our personal wealth (of whatever size) 
is not exposed in unlimited way.

Judy Baxter has been with previous and now defunct core groups in this 
Minneapolis area and can speak to financial risk in a personal way.  I 
don't trust myself to have the details.
