As an Architect I will share my wisdom earned through many years experience: You can have BUDGET or you can have PROGRAM, but you can not have BOTH. As I have often had to tell my clients: "The only thing between you and your dreams is a bridge of money." The point is, if you have unlimited funds then anything is possible, but if you only have so much to spend, then you will have to tailor your vision to fit your pocket. This is realm in which good Architects operate, for they can realize the client's vision within the given economic constraints.
