Cohousing-L Mailing List: timeline planning

   Terra Firma wants to create a timeline in order to give us all some 
feeling for how our energies & monies will be needed throught the 
various stages of organization and development of our co-housing 
project. We have not yet found a piece of land but are busy at it now 
and expect to have one by the spring.
   I'm wondering how other groups have approached this kind of planning.
Did you bother? What tools, processes, resources did you use? How useful 
was the exercise in the end?
