Has anyone done a comprehensive market survey of the type of people most
likely to live in cohousing? That would be extremely helpful in determining
a marketing plan for recruiting new members who are more likely to stay on.

Alternately, would other successfully marketed groups be willing to share
their marketing plans over the internet?
