Are there others? As well, are there any architects/general contractors/consultants/developers working on a Performance Basis. This is a method of payment that being used in many fields now---agreed upon criteria are estalished---if someone performs better than the established criteria, they are paid more---if someone performs worse than the established criteria, they are paid less.
