Rob, I'm curious how you kept track of the hours people put in. We are grappling with this issue, and unfortunately, we have cases where it is not so clear cut as "paid early, didn't do any other work", but rather "paid early, comes to meetings sometimes, put in a strenuous few months, and now is doing nothing". We also have several couples where one partner is putting in a fair amount of effort and the other is doing nothing. We early on decided that financial participation would be on a household basis, but that work contributions were per adult. Single adult households resent couples who feel that one person can show up and their household gets credit for participation; the singles don't have that option. Did you deal with any of these issues? We have repeatedly said that participation will affect seniority, but have yet to agree on a method. Any details you can share would be appreciated. Thanks!
