A lesson learned about common dining. We serve 5 meals a week and from 25 -- 55 people/meal. Make sure your tables are 28- 30 inches wide. We went the standard 36 inch fold downs and they inhibit intimate conversation, create more noise. We are moving to replace them with the narrower tables--like the ones in nearly every restaurant.
