Not sure where the information got started that Sharingwood moved in in 1995. 
Bought the land 1983, First house moved in, 1986, second house 1987, third and 
fourth houses 1988, fifth house 1989, six-eigth houses 1990, etc. By 1995 we 
were 12 houses. Now at 14 homes. We formed as a cohousing community in 1989, 
with five houses built. Heck, I've lived at Sharingwood since 1991.
