The system Jennifer described for Lake Claire in Atlanta, is very similar to what we use at Monterey Cohousing. << Bulletin Boards are divided into 3 topics: Urgent Notices of meetings, etc; Official Coho Business (meal sign-ups, memos, informational items); and Community News and Announcements. ..... >> the only thing we've added is a separate "TODAY" board, similar to Urgent Notices. WE use this for 1st posting (1 day) of coho notices, and then put the notice back the day of or night before the event.
