Where every one is holding their breath over a very expensive direct mailing
that flies (with any luck) out  of the mailing house today into the homes of
eager families with children between the ages of 6 and 16 and an extra few
hundred thousand dollars lying around. The small units and the subsidized
housing is gone and we need a big push to get to ground breaking (where the
real headaches begin).
