Cohousing-L Mailing List: Volunteerism

I am part of Solterra, a developing co-housing community.  I am a member of
the S.P.I.T. (Solterrans Pitching In Together) Committee.  We are trying to
determine the best ways to distribute volunteerism.  I would appreciate
hearing how established communities deal with volunteerism to avoid
"reinventing the wheel".
