Yes, as a non-profit group, I'd love to be able to access any documentation
that avoids reinventing the wheel.

Apparently, people at Boeing discovered that by using shareware (software
similar to what's on the internet), they cut meetings by 90%. I think it was
Lotus Notes, which enables everyone who participates to communicate at once.
A bit like electronic brainstorming in which everyone's screen is updated
simultaneously.
