Our kitchen committee is working on ordering equipment and has a question
about  what works best for things like a Cuisinart-type food processor, a
rice cooker, and a mixer.

Do you use standard domestic models or commercial models? What do you
recommend? Is there a commercial kitchen supply place that is a good source
for this stuff?
