I don't know of any here, but I do know that the City Planning Department is

currently revamping its Urban Plan for San Diego, and, if someone piqued 
their interest, might be amenable to encouraging, and making things easier 
for, the establishment of cohousing in the City. If you want the name and 
number of a contact in Planning, let me know. (I got on this list over a 
year ago, when I was reviewing various housing options in the wake of a 
divorce. I've gone rural in the meantime, but still read the list.)
