Right on, Sharon. And then there is the standard, "Cohousing is self-selecting," which leads you to explain what that is. It is a good starting-up statement, because it generates a question in the mind of the questioner (what the heck is that), which gets filled in by the answer, and creates a term definition for self selecting, which can be repeated, and explained......... Pretty neat.A problem with using "crazy" is that, maybe, a lot of people can't fathom the notion. But, many can, and probably anyone you would want to have in your community could.
