You'd think it'd be this way, but many groups have found out the following. As costs rise (or even if they don't) in part because they have several kids, many families end up not being able to afford those three and four bedroom units, so they squeeze into a two-bedroom and those three and four bedroom units end up going to a single person or couple with no kids who can afford them.
