Some childcare needs could be met by offering someone who could not otherwise afford a co-housing environment a place to stay in exchange for certain childcare duties. This might open your minds to a recently retired person or even someone disabled, I know I, myself would be interested in such a proposal. It is both creative and profitable for all. DeDean.
