Hi everyone,

We highly recommend that groups differentiate between business decisions
related to the development of their project, and community decisions related
to living in community.

It is wise to make it difficult, but not impossible to change a business
decision. Something like 50% of members agreeing to reconsider in a general
meeting, and then consensus in a general meeting to change the previous
decision.

BTW, we always recommend that participation (and therefore voting) be by
individual, rather than by household. This is consistent with the consensus
process which empowers all individuals equally.

Community decisions should, IMHO be open to evolution.
