Our "large" units were very much in demand, so I guess we don't fit that
assessment. Resales have been quick, too. But ours are more affordable than
most, if not all, other cohousing.

None of our units have gone to anyone who wanted a smaller one, but many
have gone to those who wanted a larger one.
