Hi Sharon.

Have you checked out Kaboom! ? Their web site (which is good) is at
www.kaboom.org. They are affiliated with Ben & Jerry's--I think they
received a grant or an award from them. They help communities build
playgrounds. There is a free manual to download & print. It's excellent.
