Hmmm.  Seems to me his attitude does more to reinforce
classism than hiring somebody more skilled for the
particular job.  There is skill in manual labor.  The fair
exchange of cash for services is a recognition of value.
Real classism is the attitude that one can do everything as
well or better than anyone else, isn't it?
