We are interested in learning about others' experiences working with development professionals and consultants. One model we are investigating is finding a local development professional who will work with us to find land, and who actually build the cohousing units. We would buy the units from him or her. We would work with consulting architects and others who have specific cohousing expertise. Have you worked with professional developers? What models have been effective for you? Cautions? Thanks! _______________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list Cohousing-L [at] cohousing.org Unsubscribe and other info: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L
