Mike Mariner lives on in many intentional community folks' memories.
Mike was active in cohousing and on cohousing-L up to his untimely death

Mike started a listserv about Urban IC's because not all IC's that
interested him were 'cohousing'.  That list never became very viable and
is now defunct.  Mike decided that a complementary list "rural-ics' was
also needed, so started it.  Tho it has not been very viable either, it
has hung around despite Yahoo never turning management of the list over to
anyone. A few of the surviving members are now going to start a new
rural-ics list and dedicate it to Mike.  Does anyone have a picture of
Mike that could be used as part of the website dedication?
