Oh, for crying out loud. Mental illness, being crazy, loopy, disabled, or nutters, is not the issue. The issue is a disruptive person holding a community captive, and possibly causing the community not to get built at all. We have no idea of her mental state other than obstructing the decision-making process. This horse ain't moving. Draw your own conclusions about whether to beat it any longer.
