We left the colors up to our designer in order to avoid unnecessary angst among community members. He chose four bold colors that we thought were too bright considering the colors we found in the surrounding neighborhood of semi-historic homes. So we had a small committee of community members tone down the colors a bit and as a whole, everyone's happy with them. We also had a few stucco colors which were limited by the stucco company--the stucco homes used accent colors that match the non-stucco homes. Louise Conner Casa Verde Commons
