Santa Rosa Creek Commons which is a coop not cohousing is a Limited Equity 
Corp. and it has worked well there.   But people don't pay market value to 
begin 
with and that's why it works.   Most people myself included, would not agree 
to such a contract when they are paying $300,000 or more for their place.
