I have a house in Whitman, MA that I would like to see developed into
cohousing.  Please let people know about it.

 

It is a 20 room house that has three distinct apartments/spaces. One is very
large and could be further divided into two apartments. It is a beautiful,
rambling, large, old farmhouse (now in a nice suburban neighborhood) with 11
bedrooms available (a total of 20 rooms with plenty of common space).
Located right on the commuter rail line in Whitman, MA. (Just a four minute
walk to the commuter rail and less than 35 minutes from the front door to
South Station in downtown Boston.) Also very convenient to UMASS Boston,
which is just a few stops away on the rail line. Furnished, washer, dryer,
refrigerator/freezer, freezer, dishwasher. 6 1/2 bathrooms! Spacious rooms.
