Hi David, 

I think you know that we had no real response from a real estate broker,
yet we had one high-end unit left and were afraid to be stuck with it. I
think we had an agreement that the broker would get a fee if she/ he sold
it, plus a listing fee. I say try it if you have carrying costs for it.
People looking in JP may be
cohousing types who are not from the area and not know about your
efforts. What do you have left for units for sale? Good luck.
