Fred,In the policy that we're working on, a community event can bump a private event until 1 month before -- then the private event is firm.

The situation you bring up has not yet happened so I have no idea. I supposenegotiation would occur, although I would imagine, anybody planning acommunity event would choose to do so on another day in order not to imposeon the other persons gathering.
