What you are describing sounds a lot like the lot development model of
cohousing. Sharingwood was an early pioneer of this model, and we now have
25 homes and a commonhouse built, plus a pretty nice communty of folks, If I
do say so myself. There are lots of lessons in my 14 years of living here,
