Wild Sage cohousing (wildsagecohousing.org ) in Boulder, CO is part of the 
larger New Urbanist development called the Holiday Neighborhood.  The overall 
developer is Boulder Housing partners ( 
http://www.boulderhousing.org/html/dit_aq.html ). You might contact them (see 
the web page for info) or Wonderland Hill development company ( WHDC.com ) who 
is the developer for Wild Sage and is currently developing a neighboring elder 
cohousing community called Silver Sage.  Good luck!
