It was a very divisive issue. The details may be found at Jessie's entry in the Cohousing-L archives: http://lists.cohousing.org/pipermail/cohousing-l/msg09185.html.
My update to her entry is that we have never revisited this topic again and working firearms are not permitted on site.

We are in the process of coming up with a gun policy for our community and wonder what other Cohousing communities have done. Are there legalities concerning policies? Would like to know what issues have come up and how they have been resolved. Thank you for any input.Robert CoHo Ecovillage, Corvallis, OR Live simply that others may simply live - Mohandas Gandhi _________________________________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list -- Unsubscribe, archives and other info at: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L/
