At Santa Rosa Creek Commons the agreement to assume co-op responsibilities (which everyone must sign before occupancy ) includes this: "On SRCC property I will neither carry nor store firearms or assault weapons, including handguns, rifles, ammunition and explosives." We have been here 23 years without any problems with this. Harriet Lewis
