Our meal system is similar to Swan's - we had it in place before move in, everyone must take a turn cooking but doesn't eat every time, etc. Our meals are even more frequent, four times a week. We have HIGH participation in eating, with 45 - 50 people a common turnout. Eating together is part of the glue that builds community and connects us. Miss Manners recently defined "family" as people who regularly eat dinner together - which makes FrogSong more of a family than the one *I* grew up in ! ******************************************* Eris Weaver erisw [at] sonic.net FrogSong Cotati, CA
