Hi Kelly, Congratulations on everything you have accomplished so far! It sounds like you have covered your local area fairly well. You might consider casting your net farther afield, to those who are interested in cohousing already and willing to move to get it. Do you have any ad space in the cohousing magazine? The Fellowship for Intentional Communities magazine? Maybe you could target the closest urban areas to you. My group has had good luck attracting retirees, both from other parts of Texas and from out-of-state. Austin's climate may be a factor, but not everybody likes hot weather.
