Cohousing-L Mailing List: Orienting new residents

 Starting a new thread. At Sharingwood we have a person whose job is to
bring in new residents. We have a set of dinners that are hosted for new
residents and, a notebook of information which is gone over with the new
resident. The notebook includes processes and our agreements but also stuff
like when the trash is collected, where the stores and schools are, and
other local information any new person moving into the area would find
handy.
