Do we want diversity in cohousing?
Of course.

Do we want too much diversity?
Of course not, it would make community unworkable.

Well then how much is too much diversity?
Good question.

May I ask, how diverse is your personal network?
Not very.

Then I suggest you start making your personal web of friends more  
diverse and let the cohousing community do it's own thing.

That is where the magic happens.
