Cohousing-L Mailing List: Development Consultant Fees

I'm looking for the typical fees that would be charged
by a Development Consultant in a Cohousing project.
I can find how this works with Architects, 2-6% of
building costs is typical.

Something like a % of costs would be great.
Other fees structures would be of interest too.
