What? You are allowing children in your community? Boy that's gunna cause
all kinds of trouble.  <grin>  

You are well intentioned but I think you are putting the cart before the
horse. Move in and live together for awhile, then figure out what, if any
problems you might have. Remember, it might actually be possible that
parents will make intelligent choices involving their kids and so policies
are not needed. I doubt most if any parents will want their kids
unsupervised in a shop unless their kids are pretty responsible or
experienced. Why not let parents decide rather than some group policy? Then,
if parents make bad choices, then you can always create a policy as needed.
My advice is common sense works most the time much better than policies
anyway.
