At an affordable housing conference last week I learned of a most amazing
company that has developed a concrete mold method of constructing homes that
are attractive, affordable and highly durable.  Homes can be constructed in
days rather than months using low cost materials and non-specialized labor.
Canadian Rockport Homes is a socially conscious company with a quadruple
bottom line.  They have focused on developing countries and a plant in Chile
produced 30,000 homes that families were able to purchase in the past year.
