At Oak Creek Commons, they pay higher dues and we thank them for their

Subject: [C-L]_ Yet another question about (not doing) work

I've mined the archives, but haven't really found what I'm looking
for, so here goes:

What happens in your communities if someone stops doing any work?
Let's say you've already spoken with this person and they flatly say
they are not going to do any work on behalf of the community. What
happens then?

Thanks,
Maggi
