We have been using a free wikki editor called Jotspot for about a year which has an easy to use interface, just type into the pages, you add pages by clicking on an add a new page button, etc. I believe it can be accessed at jotspot.com. I looked once but the HTML is daunting. I don't think I could get the other members of the facilities team or the board to use it. To post minutes, etc., on the website means it all has to go through me.
