Short Version: How many teams does your community have, what tasks do they do, and how well does it work? Short Version: About 6 that meet regularly, another few that meet as the need arises, and another half dozen that are ad hoc to deal with a specific project. It works well overall, but varies by Team. Long Version: Regular meeting standing Committees: Board, Community Life, Facilities, Landscaping, Common House, and Kitchen As need arises: Design (Architectural Review), Affordability, Finance, Communications, and Organic Garden Certain Teams seem to have worked very well, while others have been involved in controversy either within the Team or between the Team and others.
