Hello Gloria,

Here at Eno Commons, we do not have a screening process. We rely on folks self selecting themselves. We give tours and when a neighbor needs to moves away, we notify those who came for a tour that a house is available.

As for rentals, it is up to the owner to determine who they wish rent to. The only restriction is that the lease must be lease than two years and if after leaving here for two years they wish to renew the lease, they need to come to community. However, after 10 years of living together, we have not had a need to exercise this language in our covenant/bylaws.

For those communities that have rental units, or where units have been sold,
is there a screening process for new people who move into the community?
