This call will bring together professionals and cohousers to discuss
the current economy and its impact on forming groups. What can forming
groups do to weather the current storm? We cannot promise easy
answers, but the conversation should prove helpful as a number of
critical issues are addressed.

Moderator: Dr. Lisa Poley, Coho/US Board member will moderate the call

Members of our panel will be:

    * Coho/US's Board President Rick Mockler is vice president with
CoHousing Partners and lives at Muir Commons (CA).
    * Raines Cohen, with Cohousing Coaches, has visited dozens of
cohousing communities around the county and lives at Berkeley
Cohousing(CA).
    * Brian Brainerd is an urban pioneer on Denver's historic main
street who is offering a partially-developed property as a cohousing
site.
    * Ted Butler is a Director and Senior Home Advisor with Stay In
Home Mortgage specializing in both FHA Reverse Mortgage and the new
FHA Reverse Mortgage for Purchase - mortgage instruments which may be
useful to some forming groups.
    * Terri Huggett is is a co-founder and member of the Development
Team of Daybreak Cohousing, a forming community under construction in
Portland, Oregon.
