The audit cost about $500, I have no idea what the changes were since this happened a couple years ago and I was not on the board at the time, I just recall the report made that it was worth the money because of a couple of changes which I do not remember the details of. Also in general, it is a bad idea to put into email anything of which might be a legal exposure as email is evidence, so even if I knew, which I do not, I would not put such details into a widely broadcast email list.
