I'd urge that you see the Cohousing Professional Directory on the
Cohousing Website:

This is not a comprehensive list for a variety of reasons. Many
professionals who have offered services to Cohousing communities once
have not pursued additional work from other forming groups. Of course,
in this economy many more professionals are very easy to hire for
almost any project, regardless of their experience.

All of the professionals on this list have direct, hands-on Cohousing
experience - something that can be invaluable as they understand more
of the dynamics of working with a group and helping the group get from
the idea phase to concrete designs and plans (this is when you start
actively spending large amounts of money).

Many Cohousing communities have successfully worked with experienced
professionals who are willing to travel for Cohousing projects, which
includes many. Its can also surprising to many how much of the actual
work is done by the professionals off-site.
