Falls Church Cohousing Meeting Etiquette

o Members need to respond to all meeting announcements
  indicating whether or not they will attend.

o No side conversations.

o No interrupting of the speaker.

o Rotate responsibilities for all aspects of meetings so that
  all members take turns.

o Be on time for meetings.

o Be respectful of one another.

o Disagreement is okay -- but disagree with an idea rather than
  with a person -- keep the conversation about the issue not
  about any person.

Meeting Notes:

o Note Taker should post draft of the minutes of the meeting
  within 72 hours

o If there is a factual error in the draft, point that out to
  the Note Taker within 72 hours.

o If factual errors have been pointed out to the Note Taker,
  s/he should post a revised draft.
