At Solterra we have a cooked meal one Saturday a month and pot lucks on the other Saturdays. Every Tuesday is Cantina Night. Everyone except the cooks are expected to spend ten minutes cleaning up. This system has worked well. Don Weil Solterra, Durham NC In a message dated 11/29/2010 2:37:27 P.M. We seem to have many willing to cook or help cooking, but clean up sometimes depends on calling for help from the diners, which makes some uneasy. How do you organize your clean-up rotation so that more people participate? We use the same kitchen set up that you have.
